Please note the Candidate Replacement Guarantee is applicable for all SCA365™ Subscription options, and is for one (1) replacement per successful hire after the entire SCA365 Placement Fee has been remitted. All Placement Fees are payable upon request. If there is an outstanding balance at the time of termination or separation, the Replacement Guarantee is null and void.
