By providing your email address to register for our webinar series, you consent to receive emails from us. These emails will include:
- Zoom link and details for the webinar.
- Value-packed content related to the webinar topic.
- Promotions and offers related to our products and services.
- Consent to Recordings
Please be aware that all webinars will be recorded. By participating in the webinar, you consent to the recording of the session. The recorded material may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to:
- Snippets on our website and social media.
- Content for marketing and product development.
- Inclusion in future training materials and resources.
- Public Participation
If you choose to ask a question during the webinar or interact in any way, you acknowledge that your question or comments may be visible to other participants. Therefore, only share information you are comfortable with being publicly accessible. We will make reasonable efforts to protect your privacy, but please be aware that your contributions are made at your own risk.

By registering for and participating in our webinars, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
SCA365™ RECRUITING MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Please note the Money-Back Guarantee is only applicable for the SCA365™ Pro Plan Subscription option. The Monthly Flex and the Quarterly Prime Subscription options are not eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee. For all refunds on this program, you must complete the entire 12-month program and can only request the refund after this time. Refunds are not given because you changed your mind, decided not to hire candidates, candidates left for any reason or no reason at all, you found the plan unsuitable or did not like the plan in general. In other words, refunds are given if you complete the full 12-month program and we have not fulfilled our commitment to deliver top talent. This includes the completion of all campaign preparation requirements within 48 hours of SCA365™ Recruiting Campaign kickoff.
These terms are without exception and a refund request outside of these requirements will not be processed. Client is required to respond within two (2) business days to any and all requests for additional/missing information, associated campaign content requests, candidate screening feedback and/or candidate interview feedback.
This refund policy is the standard terms for online, digital products and subscriptions. Unlike physical products, once you have purchased this product you will have instant access to the benefits and associated files and are unable to return them. Please note this program was developed after years of research and practice, along with well over hundreds of thousands of dollars invested in professional development, trial and error over a span that exceeds 3 decades. All rights reserved.
To qualify for your Money-Back Guarantee, you agree to the following and provide required proof of completion as scheduled at our request:
- Complete any SCA365™ New Client Prep Profile or Campaign Creator and return it no less than 48 business hours prior to the beginning any SCA365™ Pro Plan campaign throughout the entirety of the 12-month subscription.
- Respond to all SCA365 First Look Video and all other screening feedback requests within 48 business hours.
- Complete a post-mortem call or meeting within 7 days of any request by our team.
SCA365™ RECRUITING CANDIDATE REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
Please note the SCA365™ Candidate Replacement Guarantee is applicable for all SCA365™ Subscription options, and is valid for one (1) replacement per successful hire. All SCA365™ Client Placement Fees are payable upon request. Remittance is required no later than seven (7) business days from official candidate start date. Failure to provide remittance in a timely manner renders the 90-day SCA365™ Candidate Replacement Guarantee null & void for said candidate. If there is an outstanding balance that exceeds the required remittance period at the time of termination or separation, the SCA365™ Replacement Guarantee is null and void. The 90-day SCA365™ Replacement Guarantee elimination period begins on the official date of hire and expires at the end of the 90th day of employment. All rights reserved.
